Terms of Service

Effective 2026-09-04.

Draft for review. This page was prepared from company records and published practice. It has not been reviewed by counsel. Review and approve the wording before relying on it in a contract or a procurement response.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your access to this website and to services operated by New Vision Security LLC. By using them you agree to these terms. Where a signed agreement or a marketplace subscription agreement covers your use, that agreement controls if the two conflict.

2. The service

Our services provide analysis derived from public federal datasets. We work to keep that analysis accurate and current, but the underlying public records are maintained by third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.

3. Professional disclaimer

Our output is decision support, not professional advice. It is not a substitute for a licensed professional engineer's site survey, for legal advice, or for a formal regulatory filing. Decisions with safety, legal or regulatory consequence must be reviewed by a qualified professional.

4. Acceptable use

See the acceptable use policy. In particular you may not use our services to plan or conduct unauthorised radio transmission, interference with licensed operations, or any activity prohibited by the Communications Act or FCC rules.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. Authorisation codes and licences are not transferable. Tell us promptly of any suspected compromise.

6. Intellectual property

The software, interfaces, documentation and branding are owned by New Vision Security LLC. Public federal data is not owned by us; our compilation, analysis and presentation of it are. New Vision Security and SignalGround are trademarks of New Vision Security LLC (USPTO Serial No. 99713757).

7. Warranty

Services are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data.

Insert the liability cap. This clause needs a stated maximum, commonly fees paid over the preceding twelve months. Counsel should set it.

9. Government use

Software provided to the United States Government is commercial computer software subject to FAR 52.227-14 and, for Department of Defense acquisitions, DFARS 252.227-7014.

10. Export

You may not use or export the services in violation of United States export control laws.

11. Governing law

Confirm the jurisdiction. The company is organised in Georgia, while existing SignalGround terms name Virginia law. Those should not disagree. Have counsel settle which governs and state it consistently everywhere.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
