Privacy Policy — New Vision Security

Billing and subscription identifiers, where a purchase is made through a marketplace

IP address and approximate region, browser and operating system
Pages visited and referring URLs
Error and diagnostic logs

Service usage

Locations and parameters submitted for analysis
Reports generated or downloaded, and application programming interface calls

3. Why we use it

To deliver the service and produce the analysis you requested
To manage accounts, subscriptions and billing
To respond to enquiries and provide support
To diagnose faults and improve performance
To detect and prevent fraud and unauthorised access
To meet legal and contractual obligations, including federal procurement requirements

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, principally Microsoft Azure for hosting and infrastructure, and only as needed to perform that service. We may disclose information where required by law or valid legal process, and in the event of a merger or sale of assets, with notice to you beforehand.

5. Retention

Account information is retained while the account is active. Query data and generated reports are retained for 90 days after generation unless you download and keep them. After account termination, personal information is deleted or anonymised within 60 days, except where law requires longer retention.

6. Security

See our security program. In summary: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and centralised logging.

7. Cookies

See the cookie policy. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. Write to info@newvisionsecurity.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

This service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date, and where we hold your contact details we will tell you.
