Permitted use
Our services exist to help organisations understand the licensed radio environment so they can plan, comply and operate lawfully.
Prohibited use
Radio and spectrum
- Planning or conducting unauthorised transmission
- Causing or assisting interference with licensed operations
- Identifying licensed operations for the purpose of jamming, intercepting or disrupting them
- Any use that would violate the Communications Act or FCC rules
Platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system or account
- Automated bulk extraction beyond your licensed limits
- Reselling or redistributing output except as your agreement permits
- Reverse engineering, or circumventing technical or licensing controls
- Uploading malicious code, or using the service to attack others
Legal and ethical
- Unlawful surveillance, stalking or harassment
- Misrepresenting our output as a certified engineering or legal opinion
- Use in violation of export control or sanctions law
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, and will cooperate with law enforcement where required. Where practical we will contact you first, but conduct that threatens the service or others may be stopped immediately.
